Participants intending to present a paper or poster should submit an extended abstract (1A4) and full papers in English by e-mail by
15 May 2004.
Extended abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings, the full papers on CD. Poster sessions are planned. Poster papers will be published in the proceedings.
